Properties
This product is white or white grey powder, is melt and decomposed at 275℃. It is soluble in diethyl ether, THF and aliphatic amines. It is stable in dry air but it can be hydrolyzed in moist air. When pH is greater than 7, it is soluble in water but it will be decomposed very slowly. It reacts with acidic medium very fast.
Usage
Used as reducing agent in organic synthesis, it can reduce aldehydes, ketones and esters, etc. It was used as reducing agent for synthesizing intermediates of Ticagrelor and Darunavir.

Storage
